Meilleure not Mieux, its and adjective

Clearly the nice and better is being used for the boyfriends (subject) and not is the verb, then why on earth are we using mieux here? It seems to be an error, feel free to correct me though.

Delhi,

It is very helpful to include the full sentence you are referring to.

What is correct is that ‘ mieux ‘ can be used as an adjective in some situations  - plus agréable, plus joli -  , although is most commonly an adverb. Without the full sentence, I don’t know if it covers your question, but it seems likely it does.

I agree that this grammatical distinction of the use of ‘ mieux ‘ could be better covered and explained in the lesson.
