Negative form

How would you say Marc didn't watch it?  What is the order of the object pronouns in passé composé when the sentence is negative?

"La télé ? Oui, Marc l'a regardée." The telly? Yes, Marc watched it.Regarder is a transitive verb so takes a direct object. The above has been pasted from the lesson    --  If we now negate the verb we have "Marc ne l'a pas regardée."  Where l' (la) refers to the television as a direct object pronoun.
