Considering the followoing rule "In French, you use pendant/durant + [durée], or simply the duration itself, to express a duration with a clear beginning and end." Does the question below bot have both the options correct ?
the J'ai attendu ________ devant la gare (I waited for forty minutes in front of the station).
Pendant quarante minutes / quarante minutes
