Problems with about 50% of playbacks

https://french.kwiziq.com/revision/grammar/conjugate-the-mrs-p-vandertramp-verbs-in-le-plus-que-parfait"Elle était déjà partie quand je suis arrivé"I have a playback problem... the first time I play this it is fine but second and subsequent omit "elle".. if I go to another phrase and come back, it still happens and need to reload the page to get back to the full recording.. this seems to be happening in about 50% of the playbacks on this page.. the others are absolutely fine and seems no rhyme or reason.. happens on other pages as well.. don't think it is my iPad.

Sorry.. rather assumed that they would be linked or Cécile might comment... and know who to get to sort it.. first thing.. is anybody else getting this or just me

Thanks Céline.. still not working properly at this end.. second play cutting out the first word..will pass on to the help desk
