Vous pensez qu'elle chante bien.You think (that) she sings well.Can I understand why bien above is not feminine. I thought it would be given that both the girl singing and the word song in french are female?

bien is an adverb and doesn't change with gender.
bon, bonne, bons, bonnes -- good (the adjective, which changes accordingly)
bien -- well (the adverb, which is immutable)
Elle chante bien. -- She sings well.
Elle est bonne chanteuse. -- She is a good singer.
