Chris used this English example:

You and them are going to have fun!

as a lifelong English speaker (and teacher) this sounds odd, well ungrammatical actually. Surely we would say, or at leadt write:

You and them, you are going to have fun!

as in French.

I asked our English expert and she agrees with you that "you and them" is wrong (it has been amended) and also it should be:

You and they, you are going to have fun!
