Temps vs. Fois

Both mean time.  Are there rules for their use?

Temps is time in the temporal sense. Fois is times as in "how many times...".

Tu as le temps pour me donner un coup de main? -- Do you have time to lend me a hand?
C'est la dernière fois que je te donne un coup de main. -- That's the last time I am helping you.
