I heard "Nous avons tous les deux nos carte Avantage". "Nos" instead of "Une". Is there a typo in transcription?

I have listened a few times - am clearly hearing ‘ une carte … ‘, not ‘ nos cartes …. ‘.

Sometimes technical issues can cause audio issues. Worth listening again but best to contact the service desk directly for advice if persists.
