I really did not understand some of this. What does "Ainsi font, font, font" mean? Also, the meaning of "La taille courbée" and "le front penché". Finally, "s'en vont" confused me. Are they going somewhere? Help!

Translation of some expressions
This question relates to:French interactive reading exercise "Ainsi Font, Font, Font (Comptines de France)"
Asked 3 years ago
Frank - do you know you can click on the French phrases and get all the translations ? This is a nursery rhyme about puppets - I wouldn't approach it expecting high literature or the story to flow normally, but the translations are all there.

Thanks, so much. I did not realize that the translations were so readily available. What an idiot I am!

Nah, easy to miss until you know. Kids would just click or touch everything on screen!
