Bonjour Nay !

J'arrive à produire quelque chose. is correct, but in the present tense (I manage).

Bonjour Nay !

1. In Le Passé Composé, as Cécile pointed out, you use être arrivé :
Je suis arrivé à faire mes devoirs.
2. I guess the nuance between réussir à [faire quelque chose] and arriver à [faire quelque chose] is quite subtle: réussir à contains the notion of success (succeed in), whereas arriver à is more about overcoming an obstacle, and contains the notion of effort (manage to).

I hope that's helpful!
Bonne journée !
