The capitalised days all are the first word in a sentence - this is the reason for capitalisation. However, the final sentence starts 'Et dimanche...'. and as is usual for days of the week in French, 'dimanche' is not capitalised in this case.
Why are the days of the week start with a Capital letter and then Sunday is spelt with a lower case.
