Why don't questions ever get answered?

Just that. Some questions have been around for over three years without an answer.

Sometimes, older questions don't get answered because they may not be relevant anymore (due to the lesson content being updated) or they've simply been more recently posted by another user.
However, if you do feel a question is still relevant for you / you really need the answer (and none are provided on the forum), then do not hesitate to post it again so that we (Kwiziq Team members and our wonderful Kwiziq contributors - who do spend a lot of time answering and researching answers on their own free time) can help. ;-)

"Why don't questions ever get answered?"You must know that this statement is completely untrue  --  If you are not happy about how the forum is run then complain to the management and stop insulting those of us who take time to deal with questions on a daily basis.

I agree with Jim: this is a totally baseless question and offends those of us who take their time trying to help others learn.

So perhaps I should be asking why none of my questions about the written exercises have been answered in more than 3 months? I pay for a premium service and if you think it's rude to then question that service when it's not responsive, you need to rethink your role. If you're providing your assistance for free, then you need to wonder where the money people like myself are paying is going.

We have checked and all of your questions seem to have had a reply, if not from one of us, from someone else in the Forum which we approve when correct. Hope you are getting the reply notifications.
If you are talking about some older questions which fell through the net when the team was much smaller, please feel free to re-post them and we will take a look at them.
The Q&A is open to everyone, and not part of the Premium service. Sometimes some questions are just not answered as in any forum.
