I would translate the first as
"She's not at all stupid"
Elle n'est pas du tout stupide!
She's not stupid at all!
Elle n'est pas stupide du tout!
She's not stupid at all!
In this sentence: Vous comparaissez devant le tribunal pour conduite en état d'ivresse
why is it not "pour conduire"
