Question on "would" from a past perspective

I am wondering how to form a statement using would (le conditionnel?) from a past perspective. As in "I spent a lot of time deciding what I would eat for lunch today". Could someone tell me if the below is correct? Apologies for the spelling/accent errors as I am typing on a computer where i don't know how to type those, but i've tried to approximate the critical ones below.

j'ai passe' beaucoup de temps `a decider quoi je mangerais pour dejeuner aujourd'hui.

Or

maybe i should say "quoi j'allais manger pour..."?

Vous êtes censés ________ sur le trottoir. You're supposed to walk on the sidewalk.. You're supposed to walk on the sidewalk.You are supposed to walk (ones/yourself) on the side walk. Why is the use of "se promener" incorrect? ie. Vous êtes censés te promene sur le trottoir.

does this sentence need a verb after d'autres? " J'ai trouve le supermarche mais je cherche toujours d'autres magasins specialisesPardon the lack of accents, can't get the keyboard to change. I was practicing using indefinite pronouns and adjectives. In the above sentence I was marked wrong by the teacher because I didn't have a verb after d'autres. In english I wanted to say I found the supermarket but I'm still looking for other specialty stores.

The pronunciation of "plus" in de plus en plus in the last example (J'ai de plus en plus de mal à me concentrer.) has 's' in both the plusIs this correct? Because in all other examples only the plus has 's' prononuced as it is followed by vowel 'e'.
