Separation of pas ... du tout

I am surprised by the english translations provided above. For example:

I would translate the first as
"She's not at all stupid"

Elle n'est pas du tout stupide!
She's not stupid at all!

Elle n'est pas stupide du tout!
She's not stupid at all!

In this sentence: Vous comparaissez devant le tribunal pour conduite en état d'ivresse

why is it not "pour conduire"

how to translate "must have" using "devoir"

Which will be the better translation into French for the phrase "together with the coca, it must have made people feel good"?

(1) "avec la coca, ça les gens devait se sentir bien"; or

(2) "avec la coca, ça a dû faire que les gens se sentir bien"

I meant to say the correct response was in the 2nd person singular. Surely “ you” can be translated by both.

I used the 2nd person plural and was marked as only partially correct as the correct response was in the 2nd person plural.

Word order of jamais " ever "Whenever I have jamais as in ever after a verb (like in, " que tu aies jamais eue! " the French spellcheck tries to correct it to add a ne to make jamais mean never. So I thought you had to put jamais right after the subject pronoun (" si jamais je le trouve. ") This isn't the case here, though, so that's confusing.
