"On est censes marcher". I have never seen a lesson on this usage. Is censer a verb--I can't find it. Is there a lesson on this?

Etre cense faire
This question relates to:French lesson "Expressing "to walk" with se promener/promener/marcher/aller à pied in French"
Asked 2 years ago
Hi,
The expression 'être censé faire quelque chose' is very niche so wouldn't warrant a lesson. It's an impressive one to use if you have the chance.
Just to add to what Jim said, take a look at this Larousse page

Bonne Continuation !

Hi Mike,
The expression is "être censé (adjective) faire" (qch) --> "to be supposed to do" (sth)

Hope this helps
Jim
