Is the l' before on something Kwizig students have studied up to or including B2? If yes please cite the lesson.

This question relates to:French lesson "Il est [adjectif] que + the subjunctive mood (Le Subjonctif) = It is [adjective] for [someone] to ... in French"

Hi John, 

It is also because if you said ‘...qu’on agisse...’ it sounds like a rude word in French so to avoid this an -l is added.

The "l" in l'on is purely phonetical.
