Is the pronunciation correct for this phrase?

The phrase "C'est une recette" has a confusing pronunciation, just checking if it is correct?

Bonjour Amy,

I have checked the pronunciation and it is correct.

C'est une = Say tune 

It is pronounced as the -t is liaised with the following vowel -u.
