Can you quote the exact example where you were marked wrong or use the Report it button on your correction board as it will go directly to the item in question you are querying?

Fixed expressions aside, they are generally interchangeable, but (as noted in the lesson you linked ) there is a difference in the stress pronouns used with each when required. 

Without the full question, only guessing, but I suspect that may be where the problem lies in your answer.
