Are these both correct? Interchangeable?

Elle court plus rapide que moi.
Elle court plus rapidement que moi.

Hi Natasha, 

Elle est plus rapide que moi = She is faster than me

here, rapide is the adjective.

Elle court plus rapidement que moi = She runs faster than me 

here, rapidement is the adverb.
