why is is vous soyez partis and not possibly soyez parti?

I was marked wrong for soyez parti (singular). Couldn't the "vous" refer to a singular person where past participle would be parti without an s?   What am I not seeing here?

Bonjour Susan,

I have checked and 'soyez parti', should be accepted as one of the possibilities you mention.

Best use your 'Report it' on your correction board as it will link directly to this exercise.

If you can't do this, let me know and I will send your query to the helpdesk.

Thank you for pointing this out.

Bonjour Susan,

I agree that you are strictly correct but the conjugation is only dealing with the subject pronoun second person plural.

This would be the most likely situation in my view.

Bonne journée

Jim
