Quelqu'un and its derivatives

Why are quelqu'un, quelqu'une, quelques-uns, quelques-unes left out? These indefinite pronouns are more natural IMO than certain, certains, certaine, certaines and mean the same thing. In both cases you carve out a subset of individuals w/o further identification. Per robert online certain is a synonym. Here is modern and absolute meaning of QUELQU'UN..........

1 Une personne totalement indéterminée. « On dirait que quelqu'un joue du piano quelque part » (Alain-Fournier).➙ on. Le besoin de parler àquelqu'un.

Nous avions dû nettoyer la maison avant que mes parents ne vissent le désordre.

What is the verb "vissent" - I can only find - voir/ils voient

It's easy to Conjugate - être in Plus -que-parfait

Hi, you say - être in Présent indicatif + [past participle] for Plus-que-Parfait

is it not L'imparfait of être + pas participle?

What is the difference between manquer and rater? If I wanted to use the examples above about a train or a concert, what would the difference be for the two verbs? Can I use both or is one wrong? If not, what is the change in meaning?

What is the purpose of the 'bien' in this sentence?

Wouldn't the meaning be exactly the same if it was omitted?

C'est AND Il/Elle est can both be correct in some situations?

In this weeks Weekend Workout 28-09-2018 'Mrs Durand's Menagerie' we are asked to translate:

'Mrs Durand lives in the countryside, its perfect for animals.'

There are two correct answers given for 'its perfect for animals':

C'est parfait pour les animaux! AND Elle est parfaite pour les animaux!

The lesson, however, shows how to choose between the use of C'est and the use of 'Il/Elle est' ... implying that only one of these two options is correct in any given situation.

Could you please explain why both options are correct in this particular instance.
