"Vous avez passé votre examen" according to google translate (and my intiution) means Vous avez passé votre examen.

But here it says: "You took your exam".

I chose 'you used to come to see me every week'. 

it was marked incorrect and the correct answer was ' you used to come and see me every week'.

voir means to see and there is no 'et' in the sentence

Please explain why this is correct. I couldn't find an answer in my research.

In this lesson all questions seem to end at a low point, while in the si-lesson, all questions end at a high point. Isn't the latter intonation pattern the correct form for questions in French?

I lost marks more for the wrong word or phrase rather than the wrong grammer. Most of the grammar details for each section I had got right or nearly. I don't know if there is any way of helping us to know or guess the correct form of words.
