B2 writing exercise June 9,2018

In the B2 writing exercise, occurs the following phrase: le Ministère a finalement confirmé ce lundi for: the Ministry finally confirmed this Monday.

If ce is a demonstrative adjective, this construction seems incorrect. I translated it as le Ministère l'a confirmé lundi.

So why does this sentence ''Rosa craint que nous n'allions en vacances.'' mean that Rosa fears she will not go on vacation? The wrong answer on the quiz leads to the lesson on "ne expletif" that states that the ne does not have any negative meaning. So that would make it seem that Rosa is fearing that we may go on vacation. But the answer is that Rosa is fearing that we will NOT go on vacation. Can you please break this sentence down and explain how the "ne expletif" fits into this?

In the explanation you have '(juste) au cas où' but you have marked me wrong for putting the word 'juste' in brackets.

Lag time on second questioni had several instances where tapping normally would not go to second question but increased tapping bypassed it altogether so I got a not completed score. Why is that?

IL FAIRE EXPRÈSS DE with a reflexive verb"Il fait exprès de tomber" was listed as the correct response in a quiz. Since it's reflexive, could/should it be "de se tomber?"

Why is there a ‘y’ in this sentence?

Il ne joue pas souvent au foot, et toi ? -Je n'y joue pas souvent non plus.

I don’t play often either.
