Difference between 'se promène" and "marche" ?

-"Une fille se promène avec des filles"

-"Une fille marche avec des filles"

"Tout le pays" ou "tous les pays"?

Bonjour!

I have recently seen this sentence in Entre Nous A1 book:

"Je suis guide touristique depuis deux ans...je travaille dans tout le pays !"

The speaker is clearly speaking about "all the countries" here, which is plural. So why not "tous les pays"?

1. When is "à chaque fois" used?

2. Also, does the "enfin" change the meaning of pourrais from "could" to "would be able to" or is that just deciphered by context?

Agreement of froidWhy is it not nous avions eu froids instead of nous avions eu froid. Is froid not an adjective here? In so many of the other examples there is agreement. What is the difference?

Si j'étais toiI recently came across this phrase in a conditional sentence while reading: "Si j'étais toi,...", but I can't find any grammatical reference to explain how the stressed pronoun can be used as a direct object after the verb instead of what sounds worse but looks grammatically correct: "Si je t'étais,..." Is this allowed just for emphasis or allowed within certain clauses, and is it unique to the verb être?
