When saying "your name is..." "vous vous appelez..." why do we use "vous" twice?

Dans la phrase, "J'aimerais qu'on prenne contact avec ce nouveau groupe de jazz dont tout le monde parle sur les réseaux sociaux.", c’est possible utiliser duquel au lieu de dont ?

Can après-midi be either masculine or feminine in this expression? I was not marked wrong when I used "bon".

and not imparfait :
Tu n'avait pas froid ?
