Connaitre vs sais

"Claire knows the shop closing time" requires "connaitre", but "Claire knows the shop closes at midday" requires "savoir"? Are they not both facts (connaitre)? Or both stating knowledge of a fact (savoir)? What's the difference? Very confusing!

Jusqu'à versus à"They carried food to their burrow." I understand "jusqu'à" to mean "to" when I read it or hear it spoken, but how do we know to use "jusqu'à" instead of "à" to mean "to" when writing?

I don't understand why "Currently speak Spanish" is not a correct answer.I don't understand why currently speak Spanish is not a correct answer. Couramment means currently, correct? Arrêter de and cesser de - both correct

Cesser de fumer gets the red line.

On the other hand, « déborder » is suggested as an alternative to « occuper » for 'busy' - « déborder » seems a bit strong for just 'busy'.
