I have 2 questions
1-
can I use indirect object or direct object  before the verb for "penser à" when I talk about people? 
and what is the rule for 
Je pense à Lui(tom) 
je lui pense or je le pense?? (does it work with any of them?)
2-how can I inverted imperatif with penser à for people
pense à moi  or pense moi (whicj one is true?)

I am not sure when to use:  Leur/s, or les, for instance...is it leur with people and les with things?

c'est correct?  "et il a mangé tous ses céréales"

Why is it "C'est là que j'ai appris" and not "C'est là où j'ai appris"? 

In my readings of french, I come across this expression frequently, but it seems to have several different meanings.  I would appreciate a lesson on the many different meanings for "à peine".

thank you in advance to anyone who can help me! I have three questions:

1. Of these three forms which would a French person use the most naturally in speaking and writing?  

2. Is it OK to use "duquel" and "de laquelle" when referring to people and not to things? 

3. If the verb is one which takes a different preposition (not "de") what should we use instead of "dont"?

When to use a, au and chez?

Is it not a hard rule that verbs take être when followed by a preposition? In this phrase, I used avoir, which was wrong but there is no preposition that I can see: Quand vous y (êtes or avez) retourné, le corps avait disparu. Seems like retourner is followed by a noun. I use this method to determine quickly which auxiliary to use so would like to know if there are exceptions. Many thanks.
