If I say je ne pense pas que cest une bonne idee is it cest or ce soit Paul
Where do I put the negative with lui/leur? For example:"No, I don't write to him."
Would this be "Non, je ne lui écris pas" or "Non, je lui n'écris pas"? I don't know if the negative surrounds the pronoun too.
I thought 'un peu' (as in the text above) is followed by 'de'...
Je parle un peu d'anglais avec lui.
jennifer
Hey there, I am wondering if I am doing something wrong. When I get my Studyplan, I go through the list, often will be something like "kept 8, here's two new topics" and so will do the new lessons and then go to the longer test. I have pressed "Test Recommended again" at the top as well as the "test again" at the bottom of the results page. When I do this, I will often get questions on topics I have not yet studied. Why is this??
If a date or measurement of time is not included in a sentence, can you use passé composé with depuis? Examples:
"On parle de ce qui s'est passé depuis qu'on s'est vues."
" Depuis quelques années, le lac a diminué."
Thank you!
Il va au Havre.= He's going to Le Havre. The place name start with 'h" so as per the rule infront of vowel or h we will use l'
But here it is à + le = au
