Débarrasser la table vs. desservir la tablele

Salut. I understand why the conjugated form of "débarrasser la table" is used, but couldn't "desservir la table" work, too? I used it because I remembered that this vocab was used in several examples for level A1 or A2. Ditto for "joujoux" instead of "jouets", although the latter is a term that is more general than the former. Merci d'avance!

A user recently asked a similar question about "desservir". Take a look at the answer in the link below:
To clear the table is not Desservir, but Débarrasser.
Also, in this context, a French native speaker would not use the word "joujou/joujoux". It's used with very very young children (toddler usually). Basically, it's "baby talk". So, you should use "joujou/joujoux" only when you want that "affectionate/childish" tone.
