How about the difference between 'être de' and 'venir de'?

Are these sentences correct?

Je suis de France/ Je suis de la France/ Je suis du Japon

Can 'être de' be followed by state/city/region/direction (le Nord, L'Est)?

Question about the Routine de Matin exerciseIn the Routine de Matin (Futur Proche & réflexive verbs) exercise, I used the present indicative tense in the following sentence (even though all the other answers were in the futur proche) because it made more sense to me: “Pendant qu’il SE PRÉPARE avec toi, je vais .....”.

It was marked incorrect, but doesn’t it fit the sentence better? It said that it should have been “Pendant qu’il va se préparer avec toi....”.

In the last sentence, the transcript reads "nous allons VOUS envoyer une équipe au plus vite," but in the audio he only says "nous allons envoyer..."

In the sentence "Catherine a vécu cette évolution comme une revanche contre Platon....why not the plus que parfait as it describes her reaction.

Also I assume that reaction continues now and did not end at that time.
