In one of quiz’s question it asks something like qu’est cet homme? And the answer is ; c’est (name of the person). I was wondering if we can say “il est…” instead of c’est. Since its asking about a particular person and while studying “il/elle est” it says if its asking about a specific thing we should use it. I need a bit clarifications please.
Why wasn't on se voit used for "see you this week-end ?"
Can someone please clarify why the tenses jump from imperfect to present in the final sentence? Thanks!
Je ne comprends pas pourquoi parfois quand je donne une réponse, le Quizbot dit que ma réponse n'est pas correcte mais dans le "pourrais aussi dire" il me donne exactement la même réponse que je l'ai écrite ?

Just to let you know, for “OK, but it's on me!” the first answer “Ok, mais c'est moi qui t'invite !” doesn’t have an audio file.
In: “And if you need help, I will be happy to help you.” = “Et s'il te faut de l'aide, je serai heureuse de t'aider” I’m hearing “serai ‘z’ heureuse” as if the text were in fact “serais heureuse”. Are my ears deceiving me?
