Aimer/aimer bien

I wrote 'Martin aime Sarah ' for the sentence Martin likes Sarah but it was corrected to 'Martin aime bien Sarah'. I know 'aimer 'is tricky and I studies the lesson but still don't understand the difference.

Les feuilles oranges?In week 81 of the A2 writing challenge, there is a canonical translation "les feuilles rouges, jaunes et oranges". Why does "orange" have the -s suffix? I thought it was a color derived from a real thing and as such, it doesn't change.

Aigü and aigüeThe example uses masculine and feminine endings but in your "instruction" there is no mention feminine v s masculine...only the NOT derived from verbs... become -üe in the written form, but are pronounced in exactly the same way as the masculine form." Could you clarify this?

Le chat, auquel tu as fait peur, s'est caché sous le lit.I notice in the above examples, that the sentence talking about a cat is only translated using auquel. Is 'à qui' not applicable here? Is a cat not treated as a living thing in this instance? Thanks for your help!

Malgré tout vs.néanmoins

Puis-je utiliser le mot "néanmoins" au lieu de "malgré tout" dans cette phrase? La phrase est <Nous aurons apprécié ce repas malgré tout>. Est-ce qu'il y a quelque chose en particular avec malgré tout que j'aie peut-être raté? Je pense que vous voulez dire "despite everything".
