Are any of these options correct?

1) Savez-vous comment dire cela en anglais?  (Translator option)

2)Comment savez-vous dire cela en anglais?

3)Vous savez dire ça en anglais?

Carte is feminine, so why the adjective is not étudiante?

I have recently started to notice verb structures using en, where the en turns out not to be a pronoun, but seems to be part of an expression. I am having trouble translating

en venir à

en être

S'en vouloir would seem to fall into the same category. I don't know if there are other verbs like this. Is there a general way to interpret the en in these cases?

Could you provide additional explanation for this: When the time expressed uses hour numbers above 12 (in the "24-hour clock" -> 13h, 14h...), you use instead quinze, trente, quarante-cinq, probably for pronunciation (and elegance) . 

I am having a hard time understanding these translations in the examples of a 24 hour clock.
