When asking a question shouldn't we use (f.i.) "Aurez-vous ...?" instead of "Vous aurez ...?" ?

Asking a question....What is wrong with the following phrase? Si vous le dites...Quand a été la dernière fois que vous lui avez parlé? (The correction was - Si vous le dites... Quand lui avez-vous parlé pour la dernière fois ?) Thanks

en = it and en = themHi, I am confused about en meaninng both it and them. In some examples en is translated as it (Elle leur en a parlé She told them about it) and sometimes as them (Pierre m'en a offert Pierre offered me some of them.) Are it and them interchangeable in these sentences?

The test question "I have studied in Toulouse for two years" does not indicate that i am still studying or that i studied twenty years ago! Whereas "I have been studying for two years.. " is continuing. So could the translation be "J'etudiais a Toulouse pendant deux ans". ?

Revision KwizzesI really like the format of the site and how you see progress through tests. However I am concerned that stuff that I have learnt earlier in a section is not going to stay with me for ever. Does the site and the lessons presented cater in any way for revising and reinforcing previously learnt sections? Thanks, Richard.

True negatives with the 'ne' explétifJust curious: how would you say "They are afraid that he won't come back"? Two ne's?

I've always learned that you would never say someone is "très excité", as it has a more sexual connotation. As a result, I've avoided saying this phrase for 13+ years.

Can you really say this without someone doing a double take? Or is there a better way to say this?
