Can I write "Je les tiens précieusement" instead?
Why must I transat 'as if I pas 21 again' as 'si j'avais à nouveau 21 ans' and not 'si j'avais encore 21 ans'?
I am guessing that the verb "mettre" was chosen over "porter" because the latter had already been used twice; otherwise "porter" would have been an acceptable choice in "...toutes mes tenues de soirée en même temps. " Am I right?
There are two phrases - 'les chiens qui se sont frottés contre' and 'dont le style ne va plus du tout avec' where the final pronoun (for 'it') seem to have been dropped. Is there any general guidance about when and why this happens ? If you could include the pronouns in these clauses, what would they be ?
If heard that in spoken french the ne is often dropped, so would c´est pas be a correct way of saying it isn´t?

if present tense is used for historical events, why use ‘La Fontaine est né’ and not ‘La Fontaine naît’?
C'est la rue la plus petite dans la ville. It's a specific road in a specific town so why is dans wrong? Just as it's not wrong in il y a une boulangerie dans la ville? (Your example)
