Why is debuts plural? And what does it mean here? In English it implies a first public performance, is that also the case in French? The English translation of this is peculiar in that it could mean she is starting drama school. If it referred to the English meaning of debut it would translate as 'she is making her debut on stage'
The English states in the text, that the tree fascinâtes the artist because of the way the branches twist, which I take to be a positive emotion, as she is fascinated by this and inspired to sculpt this. Is there a grammatical reason for this use, or just a feeling of negativity here. Thanks for any response. John

I needed to use falloir in the passé simple (don't ask lol) - the verb conjugation tables in Lawless say that it's il faillit, but other sources say it's il fallut. The latter seems more logical given that the past participle is fallu - but which is correct? Or is there a typo in the conjugation tables.,

The dictation and the ending recap do not have “nous” in the final statement by Anna, but the correction after the initial test writing includes the “nous” as required. This seems to be a fault in the creation of the exercise.

I just would like to point out that there is a mistake in the hint for the phrase: "J'ouvre la fenetre de ma chambre"
The hint reads: "Literally: "I open the bedroom of my window""
The hint should read: "Literally: "I open the window of my bedroom"

C'est vraiment tard ! But he seems to be stressing "that". So "c'est" can be "that is" as well as "it is"?
