This strikes me as strange phrase.  Can you explain a little how the parts semantically make up the whole?  Thanks!

Elle peut le déciderSorry to add to an already long discussion. I’m having difficulty with the sentence below, which directs to this page though it isn’t one of the ones given here.
- Oui, elle peut ___[le]_____ décider car l'égalité homme-femme fait partie des valeurs essentielles de la République. 
Yes, it can decide it, for gender equality is part of the Republic's essential values.(HINT: "decide it" = to deny French nationality to someone who doesn't respect gender equality ) -
Firstly, I’m not sure why "elle" is used, unless it’s to expand something already mentioned, eg "une élection"?Secondly, does "décider" refer to a denial that’s already been mentioned? In English to decide an election / an issue  is neutral, it doesn’t imply denial or approval.

Starting new level

I just received 100% in levelA2, yet I keep getting suggested lessons for A2 even though I have taken B2 test. How do I get lesson recommendations for new level?

Confusing questionTu l'as nettoyé ________ je te l'avais demandé?Did you clean it as I had asked you?
This could be interpreted as  "Did you clean it LIKE I had asked you?"  The question is ambiguous.

The transcription has "j'avais beaucoup de mal à parler" - shouldn't it be "du" instead of "de", going by the lesson cited in the exercise? At any rate, it sounded like "du" to me. Thank you.

confusing use of tellement and tant de

The written piece says "tellement d'endroits", which was marked wrong when I wrote it. Acceptable were: "tant d'endroits" or "tellement de lieux". Are they all correct?

Use of On

If On is used to say we as a group with which you're familiar with and are part of, does that mean saying it for other groups or just random groups of people means it becomes "One Or People" ? And do French speakers receive it as so ?
