Aren't we using Present Perfect Continuous here, and not just Present Perfect?We should have been using Present Perfect Continuous when describing actions continuing in present since some undefined time in the past, shouldn't we?

Pronunciation of "t" in "C'est à moi"Why does the pronunciation accompanying this lesson not pronounce the "t" in "C'est à moi"? I have another French language program (and a French speaking daughter) which does pronounce it. Is this possibly a regional difference? Which is correct in formal Parisian French?

Si j'étais toiI recently came across this phrase in a conditional sentence while reading: "Si j'étais toi,...", but I can't find any grammatical reference to explain how the stressed pronoun can be used as a direct object after the verb instead of what sounds worse but looks grammatically correct: "Si je t'étais,..." Is this allowed just for emphasis or allowed within certain clauses, and is it unique to the verb être?

Other adjectives?You write "Note that THESE adjectives ending in -u become -üe". So does this only concern exactly these three adjectives or are there others? Is it a general rule for adjectives on -u or are these exeptions?

I don't understand the rule about ordering object pronouns So I understand that object pronouns go in front of the verb but I just don't "get" the rule. So I know Je lui ai parlé. = I talked to him. But can someone point me at an explanation of this rule?

Vous_____ me le direIn the test for the above, the translation reads as 'You shouldn't have told me'. Shouldn't the translation have been ' You shouldn't have told me that'? I am trying to see where the 'le' fits in the translation given.

Connaitre v savoir ... knowledge of 'facts'.

The two sentences below look almost exactly the same, in both 'they' know a fact (what time the shop closes).

Presumably, then, its just that in the 2nd sentence the verb is followed by a noun and that alone determins that 'conaitre' should be used, (and it's nothing to do with 'they' knowing a fact)?

Ils savent à quelle heure le magasin ferme. They know what time the shop closes.

Ils connaissent l'horaire de fermeture du magasin.
They know the shop closing time.
