J'achèterais v J'achèterai

I notice that Madelein has asked the exactly same question that I was going to ask. However, I'm still confused over this ... so if "I would buy a house" is translated as "J'achèterai une maison" how would you then translate "I will buy a house"

au vs duIn a writing challenge, two correct sentences were: "Je suis considéré comme l'un des meilleurs footballeurs DU monde." and "Je suis considéré comme un des meilleurs joueurs de foot AU monde." Why is it "au monde" in the second one?

"Followed by" is habitually rendered as "suivi de". Does the "de" always change to "par" in the passive construction? If so, this is worth spelling out in the lesson.

"belle" after of before noun?

I was taking a test and I saw the following statement:

"une fillette belle comme une fleur"

I tought it is wrong but it was marked as correct. Shouldn't "belle" come before "fillette"? like this sentecne?
