"My grandmother left Spain" was written as "Ma grand-mère a quitté L'Espagne" in this exercise. I thought "Spain" in the middle of a sentence like this would be written as "l'Espagne" without the "L" being capitalised ? Or are both versions accepted ?

Mais la réponse correcte a été **ont connu** (knew)
Vos fleurs ont connu de meilleurs jours" - You flowers **knew**better days?
Pourquoi on utilisé le PC ici? Plus que parfait pour **have known**

Is it correct to say "il habite hors de la ville"?
In the lesson, the example is " Il viendra de peur que tu ne sois vexée." and the translation is "He's coming for fear that you'd be offended." It is says: YOU'D or you WOULD be offended
So the quiz is I didn't want to listen for fear that you'd lying. so why isn't it "Je ne voulais pas écouter de peur que tu ne SOIS menti" just like "tu ne SOIS vexée"?
But you say the correct answer is "Je ne voulais pas écouter de peur que tu ne mentes."

“Ma petite sœur est rigolote” the vocalisation above clearly emphasises the final e in both petite and rigolote, when at other times, with other speakers, I only hear the final consonant. Is this just a matter of individual accent, or should the final e be clearly pronounced as a general rule?
