Pierre n'achète pas de véloAccording to a question here, "Pierre n'achète pas de vélo" means "Pierre doesn't buy any bike". When would you use this phrase and when would you rather say "Pierre n'achète aucun vélo" ?

Why would it not be:

Oui, je y veux.

the next day or the following day in FrenchFrom the lesson: Note that to say the next day or the following day in French, you use le lendemain, and the previous day/the day before is la veille.

The explanatory phrase, "from a past perspective," needs to be inserted into the Note to make it clear.

So Kwiziq says you can use aimer to "love" a thing?

So Kwiziq says you can use aimer to "love" a thing e.g. J'aime le sucre? That's not how I learned how to use aimer.

Aimer means TO LOVE a person or other animate object. And aimer bien means to like same.

How can j'aime le sucre mean I LOVE sugar? Kwiziq seems to have a different opinion about how to use AIMER.

And WORKREFERENCE.COM agrees with what I am saying.

Kwiziq needs to fix this, or explain why WordReference.com is wrong.

Gender agreementWhen you say 'its [the participle's] gender agreement will depend on whether the group contains men or women', surely you mean 'contains menor not'.

I wasn't sure at the end if this lesson the advantages of using one or the other ...... and having just been asked a question on it I left the question and found the answer was the one with qui .... qui which looked the most confusing of the answers and the one I certainly wouldn't have chosen :)
