The first several days with Premium it was really nice. But then it started to be annoying because I was running the same quizzes numerous times. This "highly intelligent" system of study plan-making cannot upgrade me from A0 to A1 even with 97% of completion. Moreover, no response from the support in 4 days.

I am really disappointed. How can I get my money back?
