Qu’est-ce-que c’est que la voiture dans la rue?
Il a gagné la course, ce qui est impressionnant. He won the race, which is amazing.
Ce qui in this suggests the word race is the subject. Why? I am really struggling with which is the subject or object in more complex sentences. Isn’t he the subject doing the winning ?I believe the correct English spelling is "eccentricity", not "excentricity", at least according to my New Oxford American Dictionary, as well as this website's spell-checker.
