Bonjour tout le monde,
Je me demande ce que "Tel est pris qui croyait prendre" veut dire, quelqu'un pourrait m'aider ?
Merci bien !
Bonjour,
Could you please explain why "de" was used instead of "des" in the example of this lesson:
Je devrai changer de vêtements.
Merci.
Tu es means “you are”
So when you ask someone Are you hungry?
It should be
Tu es faim?
But why are we saying?
Tu as faim?
doesn't belle-mère and beau-père also mean mother-in-law and father-in-law? I've never heard of them being the step-parents
My french teacher only speaks in French. She was trying to explain the difference between "face à" and "en face de" but the nuance was lost on me. Can someone explain in English? Merci!
Can one order by using, "Je prends un(e) _____, s'il vous plaît." ? Is it polite enough?
Il a attendu jusqu’à ce qu’il doive partir.
