Hello, Can you please help me with this: "près de Madagascar et de l'île Maurice.". Why is it not "du île Maurice" ? because "de+le" = "du" isn't it?
When I listen to the entire passage, I clearly hear the word elle in the last sentence. When I listen to the last sentence as given in the exercise, I hear what sounds like 'on' instead of elle. I don't have the best ears, but it is what I hear.
The sentence " Elle porte aussi des vêtements très originaux" - the word vêtements - sounds like jetements.
why is 'regarder' in the infinitive when the word is 'looked' which is in past tense? why isn't it 'regardé' ?
