Is "de" or "d' " used before Ouagadougou?The pronunciation of the capital of Burkina Faso starts with a "w" sound, so I'm wondering if one says DE Ouagadougou or D'Ouagadougou. The word begins with a vowel (well, three actually!), but since the pronunciation is not of the 'o' sound, I'm wondering if 'de' is used. Thanks for your help!

Dernière foisI got this wrong: "C'était la dernière fois que tu m'as dit que tu m'aimais." means: Mauvais: It was last time that you told me you loved me. Correcte: It was the last time you told me you loved me Was it the last of several times and in that last time 'tu m'a dit que tu m'aimais.' Or... Was it the last time (of several times 'tu m'a dit que tu m'aimais') ? The former implies something like 'in our last meeting you told me you loved me.' The latter implies the final time you told me you love me (and you have not since) Me me suis perplexe.

No explanation as to why rient is before verb laugh often" wrong, The answer is "Ils rient souvent", when I click the Explain this button there are only examples of the adverb coming after the verb. Is there some reason why in this example the adverb is before the verb? Thanks a mil, Celine"

Ne pas + infinitiveWhat is the difference between "ne touchez pas" and "ne pas toucher"? This verb is just an example. I think it was at a fuel station they had a sign that said: Ne pas fumer. Why is ne pas sometime in front of the infinitive and other times around a conjugated form of the verb?
