Is it correct to write:

I cannot work this out from the Progress materials, which seem to focus mostly on en+..ant

Looking at several online translators (I do realise they aren’t reliable!) - prendre seems to be used quite often to express set, ie when a partly liquid or wobbly filling is allowed to become more solid by cooling, baking or resting eg "Retirer du feu et laisser reposer jusqu’à ce qu’elle commence à prendre" or "jusqu’à ce que la crème soit bien prise". Is this a recognised usage?
Is there a list of verbs that are followed by "a" ?.... such as demanded

I am surprised by the position of 'donc'.
As an adverb I would have expected it between pas and été.
As a conjunction I would have expected it after été, or at the beginning of the phrase
Why is this in the subjunctive?
I was surprised by the phrase “ Ce que j’aime le plus avec Albertville “ Is it equally correct to say, “ Ce que j’aime le plus à Albertville “?
