Add le/la poêle to list on nouns changing meaning with gender ?

I have recently come across le poêle (as one of the words for) - stove; la poêle - frying pan/skillet. Fairly common kitchen terms, so may be worth adding to the list?

Why do we not use rencontrer in the second sentence instead of se rejoindre? In what context do we use rencontrer?

hi can you please help me with this example

J'ai encore des cadeaux à acheter - Marie les a déjà tous achetés.

Why is this not Marie en a déjà......

I thought that if it is a partitive then you use en.

to speak + languageYou didn't explain why we can use both forms with "to speak + language." Is it because a language is both a noun and an adjective?

aller à and aller bien àCan you please explain when to use bien. In the examples where bien is used it is sometimes translated as "really" and sometimes ignored in the translation.

I'm a bit confused by what "on their own" means,especially when, in an example, "le jour suivant" isn't used on its own. I read the Q&A, and I'm still confused. Which sentence structures are correct for which phrases?

carte bancaire vs carte bleue

I notice that "carte bancaire" was used here, not "carte bleue" and carte bleue wasn't given as an acceptable answer. Is it falling out of use in France ?
