Remarquer et constater

I used constater to say I noticed the strange transaction. It’s not offered as an alternative to remarquer. Can you tell me if it is wrong to use it in this case.

In the sentence "She's a French actress", supposing I'm pointing out to a picture of the actress in my hand or the actress is standing herself by my side, presenting her to others, in these cases, can I say "Elle est une actrice française" ? Or even though it remains "C'est une actrice française" ?

Je serai sûrement en retard d'un quatre d'heureShouldn't it be 'Je serai sûrement en retard un quatre d'heure,' since the article states être en retard (without the de) is a possibility?

I wrote "j'adore Sarah..." and it was wrong! When I see "with all my heart", I believe it is correct to use the strongest alternative.

Plural "des"When I answered one of the questions with "J'ai honte des mes infidélités," it was marked wrong in favor of "J'ai honte de mes infidélités." Yet one of the examples on this page is almost identical and it used "des" as I did: "Thomas a honte des opinions de certains hommes." Confusing. Can you help explain please?
